Welcome, and thank you for supporting evidence-based, science-first guides for a greener home!
These are practical, evidence-based guides and printables for a healthier, greener home. Each one is written by a plant biologist and environmental scientist, and evaluates what actually works through ingredient chemistry, environmental science, and published research, not marketing claims.
Every guide is a clear, printable PDF you can download and keep. They are built to solve a real problem, explain the reasoning behind the advice, and give you something useful to act on, whether you are balancing a compost pile, cleaning your home, reading a skincare label, or improving the air you breathe.
Eco Garden
Soil and compost guides from the science side. Balance your greens and browns, fix a pile that has gone wrong, and understand what is happening in the ground, with clear, evidence-based steps.
Indoor Air Quality
Practical guides and checklists for cleaner indoor air. Understand PM2.5, ventilation, filtration, and the everyday sources that affect the air in your home, and what to do about them.

Natural Cleaning
Evidence-based guides and printables for natural cleaning. Decode product claims, understand what the ingredients really do, and get safe, sensible dilutions, judged through science rather than marketing.

Plant-Based Skincare
Evidence-based guides for reading skincare labels the way a plant biochemist would. Understand what concentration and position on the ingredient list actually tell you, which certifications are worth trusting, and which marketing words mean nothing at all.

Who writes these
I am Serge, MSc, a plant biologist and environmental scientist. My background covers plant biochemistry, environmental biology, biogeochemistry, and ecotoxicology, and my research measured soil carbon cycling and plant responses to environmental stress in open-field conditions. I evaluate home, garden, and air-quality claims through environmental science and published research, not marketing. That is exactly the approach behind every guide here.
